Hi, I’m Victoria!

I’m a certified Family Enterprise Advisor, Facilitator and Certified Coach with over 26 years of experience in facilitation, leadership, marketing, business development, employee engagement and sales.

As someone who grew up in a family business and is the matriarch of a family business, I’m passionate about helping family business’s prosper.

I understand the strengths and challenges of a family enterprise, and I can help build family bonds,  facilitate communication, resolve issues, plan effectively  and protect the business and the family from harm.

As someone who grew up in a high-conflict family who struggled with communication, it’s become my passion to help family businesses communicate more effectively and learn this essential but untaught life skill.
